Trans Cab SHB7701J – The driver suck

We wanted to ride but he refused to accept children and we said things nicely already, he shouted at us and bang the boot door at us. Please do something about it.

Very rude and unreasonable. Please do something about it. 4 passengers but unwilling to take us.

 

Comfort Taxi SHB8666X – Horrible Service

Dear Sir / Madam,

I boarded this Mercedes taxi SHB8666X at Bukit Merah Central Blk 162, heading towards Tampines Street 34.

Upon boarding, the Malay driver suggested to take ECP, and I agreed. For the next 10mins, he was moving at 60km/hr. As I am in a hurry, I politely mentioned that to him and would appreciate if he drive a little faster. His response was, “”Why? I am also in a hurry what. So many cars how to drive faster?

I kept quiet and decided to see how it goes.

As I was holding onto a finished drink (could not find a trash bin earlier), he then questioned me, “”Where you put your drink?

This came out rudely as I had place the drink into my own bag and not anywhere on the seat after I boarded. I replied that its inside my bag and then he started to complain that if I had place it on the seat it may dirty the car if he brakes suddenly.

Next, he went onto ECP and move into the first lane. However, he continued at a speed of 60km, only occasionally moving up to about 70km. When we were about to exit from the ECP, he then went on to cut across 2lanes into the exit lane without signalling.

Upon reaching my destination, there was not a single “”Thank you”” from him at all.

Firstly, this driver is obviously not cut out to drive a prestige cab if this is the kind of service that he provides to his passengers. Is this the kind of image that we portray to others, especially tourists that he may pick up along the way? He is plain rude and it is such a horrible experience for me especially when I am paying more for a prestige cab but am getting a service worse off than normal ones.

Secondly, he does not possess gracious driving skills. He cut into lanes without signalling and even hog on the first lane while that should be an over taking lane. And if is unable to speed up the journey, he can always put it across in a more tactful way.

Please kindly look into this driver’s record and also advise on his service standards. I am also from a service industry and this is obviously not what I had expected.

Premier Taxis SHB8567Z – Super slow and Annoyed

I board the taxi at sgh today around 1050hrs I told the uncle I’m rushing and I need to go two places one at hoy fatt and upper boon keng.He took nearly 20 mins just to reach hoy fatt rd which usually takes me only around 5 mins.And I could have reached my other destination just in time for my appointment.Because of this incident I had to miss and reschedule my appointment.Even when u told him i was rushing he didn’t seem to increase the speed.and he kept making me repeat my destinations over and over again.I couldn’t even see the meter of the taxi. And he told me that he doesn’t have e facilities to use NETS which I was appalled to know because he had the sticker pasted on his window that payment can also be made by NETS. The timing shown in the taxi was also wrong I would like an explanation about the very unpleasant and upsetting experience I had.Thank you

Premier Taxis SHC6388 – HORRIBLE SERVICE

I was from Sengkang wanted to go to Bukit Panjang Camp. It was around 7++ when i flagged this Premier Silvercab Mercedes. I said to the driver the destination that i wanted to head to. The taxi driver asked me to show him the way to my destination. I clearly knew that we had to enter the highway toward SLE, BKE. He did not asked me if i wanted to go another route that is much further with ERP charges. When being asked, he said the highway was jam but when i called my wife who was heading towards Woodlands taking a bus going through the same highway, she said it was not jam at all. Without asking my decision, he went a longer route. He went from TPE to CTE to PIE the, to BKE. He went all around Singapore. I asked him nicely why did he took a longer route that result me with a $40++ cab fare. I asked him why didn’t he take the highway towards SLE, BKE, he responded rudely saying “It was jam what?!” while staring at me through centre mirror. The driver was also driving recklessly. When we reached my destination, I usually have to pay less than $30 for the cab fare. I said to the taxi driver that i only brought $30 cash with me but he scolded me saying that I have to pay all the cab fare that worth $42++. He also said ” In the first place why would i flag a cab if i don’t have money with me. A destination of me going from Sengkang to Bukit Panjang Camp could cost me below $30. Due to the ERP charges and the driver bringing me to the whole Singapore, I had to pay $42+ cab fare. He gave me a smirked look and he was very rude. Is this how taxi drivers treat their customers?? Doing what they like and not asking their customers decision. I am really not happy with this situation. I may be an NSmen but I’m not stupid with the road system. I hope you would do something about this kind of driver behavior and bad attitude.

 

SMRT Taxis SHD6344C – attitute problem

Took this idiot cab from marsiling to woodlands ring road. The moment we come down from his cab he wind down all his window as if we did not bath. If im not mistaken we usually bath in the morning, afternoon and at night. Appreciate if you can ask the taxi driver come and meet me as I will buy him a perfume. Please take serious action against this driver. If you can’t do anything I will write in to LTA and the relevant bodies. Honestly speaking he is a racist. Please do something about it.

“Oct 15 ~ noon, I was driving along Jalan Leban, a narrow road, single land for each way, that can only accommodate one car at that point of time while both size are parked with vehicles. There were 2 other cars followed at my back. The convenience way is the taxi driver move to left and we could move to right quickly for both parties to enjoy the smooth ride. He didn’t, he gave hand signal rudely to order me back off. I reverse, he inched up, I reversed he moved up again.
He is a road bully, unsafe driver. I don’t think he shall be working in public transport sector.

I dropped off this cabby on the morning of 14th Oct at Upp Dickson Road but left my Office access pass in the Taxi. This kind driver took the trouble to drive back to the same location, called me on my mobile to inform me of my loss. When offered a reward , he declined ! I felt that his time and petrol to come back to me ought to be compensated but not him. An amazing experience with Comfort. Thank you once again.

 

Premier Taxis SHD1919C – Worst attitude and very rude

“I arrived at my destination and wanted to pay by nets.
The drivers response exact words were “” you should know my system is down because of the sing tel problem “” you pay cash.

I did not have cash so I tell him to go to a near by atm which he does but when I ask him to turn off the meter he says why should I.

Not only was he turning the problem on me as its my fault his nets machine is not working. We got into an argument and he was very rude and abusive.
I try to call customer service but they put me on hold for 15 mins.

Crap service from the driver and same from the customer service hotline.
