Trips during Chinese New Year are also charged. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, there is no charge but to obtain refunds you a need a refund processing fee. For foreign travelers, should you experience any issues with your Visa at customs kindly call your designated driver, and take note that a fee of S$80 will be imposed following the initial 20 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
