Daily rental rates for the various taxi cabs in Singapore differs from vehicle to vehicle, depending on the model, fuel type and taxi company. Taxi cab rental rates may be subjected to changes due to on going promotions and are subjected to availability at the time of request.
Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Powered
Cleaner and greener, the CNG taxi cabs can generally last for one (1) shift before refilling is required at either Jurong Island (West), Jalan Buroh (West), Mandai Link (North) and Serangoon North Avenue 5 (North East) CNG stations.
These bi-fuel petrol-CNG vehicles have a gas tank which takes up a comparable amount of space in the boot of the taxi cab, and those who drives bi-fuel vehicles and live in the eastern parts of Singapore will find it harder to refuel.
