I am an atheist and my cab driver tried to convert me to Christian the entire ride, telling me that I should be guilty for not believing in life after death and gave me a website with readings on christianity. I don’t think this is an appropriate behavior for a taxi driver to try and inflict his religious beliefs on other people.

I boarded the taxi at RWS at 2305 hours to Clementi West Street 1. Given clear indication to the driver whom acknowledge on the direction I wish to take but ended up he still went the wrong way. Throughout the journey the car smell like fart. To make matters worst, driver overcharged me by $5.88cents on peak hour with location charge of $6.50.

I used Grab to book for a taxi driver on vehicle SHD55B, responded. The journey was from Canberra CC to Yishun and then to my stop which is at Tampines. After dropping off my colleague at Yishun, I was on the way back to Tampines via TPE. The driver, who was silent throughout, was driving around 100-120 km/h. I was monitoring his speed using my handphone app.
However, before I can advise him to slow down, he had already reached the Tampines Ave 10 exit. The driver was still driving at high speed. He was driving so fast that he nearly missed my service road. I prompted the driver to turn in left and then right. Driver slammed on his brakes and made a sharp turn to enter the HDB service road. I immediately told the driver to stop the vehicle.
When I was opening the door, the driver opened his door and started to use Hokkien words on me. I roughly understood what he said. He was unhappy that I told him to stop. He was grumbling and at the same time gesticulating his hands and fingers at me. I asked him why is he so angry? And told him that he was driving fast and dangerously. He kept grumbling to me in Hokkien.
The driver was behaving like a gangster. I had enough of him and I walked back home. This is the first time I had encountered such a driver. He need to be counselled. A taxi driver with such a behaviour is not welcomed at all.
I hope my feedback is being taken seriously. He is dangerous on the road.

Driver is very polite and checked with me which way I prefer to go by. When I reached my destination, I dropped off with my bags and my son without noticing that my phone had dropped out of my pocket. Got my mum to call my phone and the uncle picked up the phone. Told me to go back to where I dropped off in 5 mins to collect my phone back. Truly appreciate his effort and kindness!

When the driver found my purse forgotten in his car at the airport, he came running after me to give it back. I was almost panic at my big mistake, so when he handed it to me, I couldn’t say thank you properly in spite I was really relieved.
I’d like to know the name of the very kind honest driver of Yellow-Top Taxi and say my big thanks properly.

Hi, this evening I was so lucky to ride in Mr Koh citycab. The cab number is SHA8267U. Mr Koh is super friendly and we started chatting. He is very cheerful and his good vibe brighten my evening. It was a pleasant experience when he took out a small lime to dispose some fruit zest into the aircon. He says “the taxi now smell like spa”. Haha! I want to thank Mr Koh for the best service! Taxi driver took us to places twice wrongly after mentioning to him the street extremely clearly.
Finally we had to direct him as the driver totally doesn’t know where to go and how to go to the destination, he was just driving all over the place blindly.

This morning I took a comfort transportation taxi from the Hotel Fairmont to the airport. The driver took me through a 26.5 km trip instead of the 18 km shortest route. On top of that, he left me at the wrong terminal which I think may have been on purpose, since I told him that the trip was longer than necessary. I ended up paying SGD40.4 which doubles the amount I paid on my way in. Is that the type of service this company aims to deliver?
