Driver was driving like a race car driver, taking other cars and slipping in and out of cars, when asked to please slow down, raised his voice and shouting in the cab, very defensive. Very unpleasant trip that leaves really bad impression on drivers like these, how are they going to compete with Uber & Grab? Thanks transport God for Uber & Grab in Singapore, will stick back to them.

Comfort Taxi SH7892D – ★ Horrible service absolutely indifferent

Today I took a tax at 9.54pm to airport terminal 3. The taxi came and the driver made absolutely zero effort to help me load my 2 luggage , one suit carrier and 2 computer bags into this taxi. I asked him didn’t he help me and he said you only have 2 bags. That made me furious. I think grab or Uber drivers are people who want to drive and provide service. NTUC drivers are people who do not like what they do. They are not properly train and do not know that they are in the service industry. To me such drivers should really just stay home. They will not improve the level of service of our Singapore. Kudos to the Grab drivers. They will have all my future business.

Driver is patience and helpful to locate us back to the destination after being cancelled by grab drivers twice.

CityCab SHA8586Z – ★ Dangerous driving

Driver aggressively drove into my car when I was trying to change lanes in heavy traffic and wet conditions. He then sped up to change back into my lane and cut me off. It was very close to being an accident. My family was in the car. This is unacceptable.

Premier Taxis SHC6443E – ★ Nets payment

Just wanna complain that most of your taxi Nets transaction machine is faulty and a hassle when wanna pay without cash. Did ask first if can be paid by nets as we don’t have cash and when reach destination. Its spoil. This is not once but most of the times that’s why i asked first if the machine works before we take the ride but in the end still same issue.

Trans Cab SFM6604 – ★ Taxi driver is very rude and aggressive.

We took the cab from Chinatown going back to our hotel(KAM LENG HOTEL) TAXI DRIVER keeps on dumping his things in the vehicle, throws his phone on the dashboard when he doesn’t understand our hotel name…he keeps on saying he don’t know the hotel without confirming the name…then after giving our hotel card he searched and finally see the way to the hotel. UPON arriving at the hotel I slowly close the cab door and again he became rude and angry…he even alight from the vehicle and followed us inside the hotel, keeps on saying f@ck you through his hand signals and so aggressively ask for a fight until the receptionist took him out of the hotel… this driver should be kicked out of the cab company…they should not allow him to drive…and also he should be deported to which ever country he is in….he should not stay in SG…he is ruining every tourist experience.

Saw a taxi tonight at taxi stand in Liang Court. Taxi driver kept saying cannot pick us because he needs someone who can pay $29 ride. Still don’t know what he meant. But service is definitely bad.

On the 26th of December, at about 1030pm, my parents and I landed at Changi airport and decided to take a cab home. The driver was a Malay uncle in his 50s.

I know he is only trying to make a living, but I have to report this incident and let the company handle this.

He was very aggressive with his driving and extremely reckless. He was tailgating cars on the highway and swerving between lanes all too intensely. It was very scary being in that taxi and I really feared for the safety of me and my parents. We were lucky to have reached safely.

This is not acceptable.
