Comfort Taxi SHD3262A – ★ Horrible

Driver was very rude, loose his temper when enquires why he went the long way.

He began shouting at me with the presence of my toddler. It was very traumatic for my son.

I never expect a simple question will turn out of hand.

Driver is not suitable represent comfort transportation. I am very upset with my travel experience. Please look into this matter seriously.

SMRT Taxis SHC4618 – ★ Almost had me killed

I was crossing the zebra crossing at Telok Blangah heights in front of block 61.
I am sure it was very safe as this taxi was approaching the zebra crossing about 15 m away at a speed about 20 km/h. While crossing half way, the taxi sped up and drive pass right in front of my face!
Please do review his capability to drive! Too dangerous!

Comfort Taxi SHA8833K – ★ Dangerous driving, total disregard of the safety of children at the zebra crossing

I was standing at the end of Monk’s Hill Road waiting for my children this afternoon. As they were nearing the zebra crossing outside their school, along Winstedt Road, this taxi continued moving without slowing down. Even when my children were standing at the zebra crossing, this taxi drove across the zebra crossing instead of stopping for the children to cross. This kind of behavior and total disregard for the safety of pedestrians is absolutely unacceptable. If my children had not stopped and waited for the taxi to pass, an accident would have happened and the consequences would have been dire. The actions of this driver should not be condoned. I hope ComfortDelgro takes a firm and serious on this.

SMRT Taxis SHF521L – ★ Angry

I have never seen a driver so lazy and couldn’t be bothered to even offer help or assistance. I was at the taxi stand with my mom and my 6 month old baby with a whole lot of groceries and a stroller and a diaper bag, and this driver would not even get out of the cab to help. I don’t think it would take 5 hours of his life to actually help me load up my stroller and groceries. And his face wasn’t even a little tiniest bit of empathy. And it’s not that I am not paying for the cab fare. He is healthy enough to extend a helping hand. I am utterly disgusted by this driver.

Comfort Taxi SH6607T – ★★★★★ Uncle is a saviour and brighter our day after a long working day!

My colleagues and I were stranded at Changi Exhibition Centre after the Airshow last night. Managed to contact another colleague to check with the driver who drove him out to Tanah Merah Mrt station. Surprisingly, this driver was willingly to drive back to Changi Exhibition Centre to pick us up again. He was super friendly and constantly keeping us updated on his whereabouts during his way back to fetch us. Upon arriving at the centre, he promptly rejected anyone who approached his cab while waiting for us to walk over to his cab.

On top of that, he was kind enough to advise us on the ways (different locations)

4 of us were very impressed with his friendliness & approach throughout the journey!

Comfort Taxi SHA1213X – ★★★★★ Excellent customer service

I took the midnight ride with another colleague of mine, on 12 February 2018 from Sengkang MRT Station to Hougang Ave 8. The fare costed $7.45 but the driver was very friendly who actually went the extra mile and dropped me further down (one bus stop away) from the original stop that we intentionally told the driver. It was a tiring day for us and I am extremely grateful that the driver was very pleasant and friendly when we took his taxi while making small talks. Thank you uncle! Please keep up the good effort 🙂

SMRT Taxis SHB1175 – ★ Terrible routing

I hailed a cab from SSDC Woodlands to head to Simei. The most logical and fastest route would be to use the TPE, from Woodlands, then exit at Changi. For some reason, the driver goes to TPE, exits at Ang Mo Kio, then head to CTE/PIE.

It’s really unlogical, he literally heading from the north, head to south then head east. When if he took the TPE, it’s cutting through the route because it’s going north east. I take cab from SSDC to Simei twice a week for the past 1 month. And in the whole experience, I never had to pay more than $18.

Because of the long route, the clock when past 6pm and I had to pay extra.

All these while taking cab from Woodlands to Simei and Simei to Woodlands, there was never a driver that took this route before, everyone took the TPE route. So I don’t get why he’s doing so.

Not to mention at one point of time, the driver spit out the window.

SMRT Taxis SHB1996P – ★ Driver might be too old to drive

I got into this taxi. He ask me where I’m going, I said 9 Raffles Boulevard. He ask me what building, I said opposite Conrad Hotel. As a foreigner, I don’t know where is this. I just follow what the address where the event is. He ask me whether it’s MBFC, I told him I don’t know. He ask me should tell him the building name, but the thing is, I don’t know. You should know where’s it. Along the journey, he keep break the car and makes me feel uncomfortable. And it also lead the journey to be quite dangerous. He might be too old for driving.

Premier Taxis SHD1630J – ★★ No change back

Since when Taxi driver in Singapore doesn’t give change back.
The trip was only $9.15, gave the driver a $10, he didn’t give me back any change at all. I immediately asked for a receipt.
It’s a change of $0.85 NOT 0.10 cents or 0.20 cents.

Comfort Taxi SHC2394P – ★★★ Uncle is nice but he overcharge me

Nice old Uncle but I paid by nets and realized there’s duplicate deduction in my account.
