I’m not a passenger of this taxi driver. But we asked if we could buy a parking coupon for him at Bukit Timah carpark, he just said nevermind and gave us one for free. Just want to thank this nice and generous uncle!

The taxi fare was $15, I would like to settle the charge by NETS which is very common in Singapore, the driver told me he do not have NETS. I told him or else I have $100 notes, he still answered me he does not have enough change. How can this happen in Singapore which always promote cashless? No NETS? This is really unacceptable. And no change? Should the driver policy indicated that the taxi driver should have prepared enough small change? Not a 1000 but only 100. This is not the first time I encounter this issue, I hope I could get an explanation for this issue. Thank you very much!

I boarded a silver cab SHC6387J outside V Hotel at Horne Road to LTA at Kampong Java. The taxi driver went from Lavender Road, Balestier Road, CTE ($5 ERP) and then to Kampong Java Road. This route is longer and incur ERP charges which amount to 6.98 meter fare, ERP $5 and peak hour of $1.74, total to 13.70. He could have taken the Jalan Besar Road and, Rochor Canal, Bukit Timah to avoid the hefty $5 ERP.

The driver just took off the car before my daughter who was just 3 years old came in! And he could still claim it’s not his fault. His car’s indicator was spoil so he couldn’t see that the door was not even close. Secondly he put his big bag in front of me which kept hitting me and was super uncomfortable. The aircond was so hot! Worst experience ever!! Please don’t hire such drivers who can be a risk to passengers. Thankfully my child didn’t get bang by a car or injured herself! I managed to catch her quickly. This is a very serious matter and I hope you see into this.

My boyfriend wanted to flag a cab as it was green light and so the taxi passed us so my boyfriend thought he didn’t see us and hence he casually tapped on the cab the driver thought we hit his car side mirror and came out furious threatening my boyfriend.. And saying racist comments and he also provoked and pushed my boyfriend… He was acting like a gangster and using racial slurs at us…
It’s kind of shocking that anyone would hire and taxi driver that is so barbaric like this man. A bunch of Chinese passerbys came by and defended the Chinese taxi driver… Pushing my boyfriend so hard that he got hit by another car… It just breaks my heart to see something like this happening and it was a racism encounter for me as me and my boyfriend are Indians…
I feel like a person like this should be dismissed from the board… It’s heartbreaking to have been a victim of something like this. I really hope strict actions would be taken.

I called the driver and apparently the driver wasn’t assigned to pick me up when my booking shows the driver was supposed to pick me up. I wasted 15 mins waiting for nothing.

Driver was not willing to drop me off at my location and was extremely rude stating he is only going towards one location. Can I please know why they choose to wait for passengers if they are not willing to take them to the desired location. Will also address this to the press. Extremely rude for no reason!!!!

Hi I’d like to comment on Mr Ong Eng Kian for going above and beyond to return me my wallet that I had dropped in his car.
My friends and I had taken his car to rush to church to prep for my friend’s wedding. We were all caught off guard when about an hour after we had gotten off, Mr Ong pulled up at the church again. He passed my wallet to my friend and because I was in a bit of a shock (lack of sleep and had NO idea my wallet was missing even) I didn’t get a chance to thank him properly or compensate him for his trouble.
Please let me know if there’s any way I can get in touch with him to thank him personally.
