Firstly driver wasn’t happy as we had stuff to store in his boot (2 small bags). We were having a animated conversation but was not loud or boisterous (just louder so that we can be heard above his radio playing). He snapped at me and told us to shut or be quiet.I did not realize that it is illegal to talk in a taxi. He has zero customer service, no greeting, no thank you, just downright rude. I paid $34.20 for this horrible trip that my colleagues got worried and had to speak in hush whispers throughout the journey for fear of antagonizing this driver. As paying customer, it is totally unacceptable. He should NOT be in service line.
