SMRT Taxis SHB444Y – Rude Behavior

I was traveling on 4/12/13 at 15:12 from Sengkang to Ubi Avenue 4. The Indian driver was so shaky and when asked if i can pay by nets, he answered that i cant pay by nets though it works and he needs only cash, in a very rude manner. He also asked us (me and my husband) to get down in the middle of the road if we ask any more questions. He also drove too fast and tried to scare us with his driving. He was so impatient and jittery and even his hands shook while driving.
As per my opinion, in spite of his rude behavior he is too dangerous to drive on road too. Please take proper action against such drivers and their behavior.
