The driver was very rude and impatient. We had 5 shopping bags and a pram, when we were loading them into the boot, the driver came over and yelled “so many things, how to fit?” Because he was being impatient, I decided to put a shopping bag on my lap in the car. In the car, the driver yelled again saying that he cannot move because the bag is blocking his side mirror. There’s a reason we use a cab and that is because we have a lot of things to carry. Just very very dissapointed with such attitude and service. Absolutely unprofessional.
