My colleague and I had the good fortune to meet the driver of SHD4745S on a rainy evening. He was courteous, considerate and kind. He helped us with our heavy luggage without us having to ask him to. Contrary to recent experience where the driver will either reluctantly help when asked or out right refused. One even told a colleague “its not his job”! In our haste, we forgot to ask for his name.
