CityCab SHB3335J – ★ Very Careless Driver

Dear Citycab,
First of all I’m not a passenger of this cab but a pedestrian. It happened at Bedok Reservoir Road Blk 609 traffic junction approx 4.35am on 21st May. My sister and I were crossing the road when it was green light. I understand that the driver has the right of way to turn right but must stop at the stop line. However this driver seems impatient or in a hurry trying his limit trying to surpass us, while we were crossing. His car exceeded the stop line, literally inside the pedestrian crossing. We were in a shock.
