CityCab SHA8836C – ★ Taxi taking much longer route

Bad experience of this taxi driver purposely taking a much longer route. I have board the taxi at blk 308 Clementi >PIE (tuas)>KJE>BKE >Mandai>Yishun ave 1>Miltonia Close
This driver unethical action had cause me paying for routes which was out of the way.
I wish to be properly compensated.
