CityCab SHC7639B – ★ Reckless driving
I’m not a passenger but the driver was recklessly driving. He changing lanes without signalling and almost caused an accident. It is very dangerous because all the other cars were driving safely.

Not even worth a single star. We board the cab at One Fullerton to Jurong West. We board the cab with no air con. The driver should have warn or inform us. We are all sweating in the cab. Windows are not even open till my wife say why so hot. I need a explanation.
We were on this taxi towards AMK from Khatib as the driver ask if we want to CTE or straight we told him straight. Yet he goes CTE ways instead of straight. Wanna earn more taxi cash isn’t like this. As I need to let my friend alight before reaching my house just in a same road. Because of this driver. My friend has to walk home. Very bad driver.
I boarded a cab from seletar mall to causeway point. Upon reaching my destination, I used NETS to do payment. The driver didn’t tell me that the NETS machine was down. I tried using both my NETS card. And both not approved. The driver slammed his NETS machine, resulting in waking my baby up. So I did asked him for another payment mode. He got so angry continue banging the machine.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? I WANT AN ANSWER FROM COMFORT AS WELL AS AN EXPLANATION FROM THE DRIVER. WHAT’S WITH HIS ATTITUDE?
Bad. Did not listen to instructions and instead decided to follow the route he chose. Shouted at my mom and was generally very rude. Told my to ” Go and die”. Extremely vulgar.
I boarded this taxi from Changi Airport after the arrival of my aircraft at the airport. Upon boarding, I told him specifically of my destination but I was taken aback when he interrupted abruptly and ask me if I am a foreigner. He said he was unhappy to that I took his taxi as I was only going to Pasir Ris, which was near from the Airport.
Throughout the journey, he continue his harassment and kept hurling insults towards me. Upon nearing to my destination, I told him that I would like to pay by credit card. However, he said that he do not accept credit card. When I reach my destination, I proceed to pay my fare in cash but was appalled by what he said. As the fare was $15, he said that he do not have change for my $50 note and proceed on to keep the cash.
I am extremely disappointed and upset at his actions. I would like to inquire if any action will be taken on this errant driver. Lastly, should the action and outcome is less than desired, I will not hesitate to make a full police report on this incident and I have also spoken to my legal adviser.
I took an airport from Changi airport to Tampines. I dread the ride as the taxi drivers are usually unhappy about the short distance after queuing a long time. Mr Woo did not display any unhappiness when he heard Tampines. In the end, I dropped my tumbler in the cab. He came all the way back to return after I called comfort. I really appreciate his effort. Highly commendable!
Cutting in across lanes dangerously . Despite horns, I’m sure we could provide a video of him almost causing an accident. The uncle harshly cut in to save the few seconds even thou we are just side by side. We could have let him go first if he was polite. But not only that, he was rude and ignore us. We gave a horn to caution him, but he ignored and continued to squeeze forward just because his lane was blocked by another car. To save that 1 minute, we strongly believe that this type of dangerous driving should be discouraged ,in order not to bring down the entire premium service standard of comfort cab. The incident took place on 23/3/18 1015pm near Bugis Middle road. Please review and let the driver be aware of such. Thank you greatly
Intentionally deviate from passenger instructions to travel by Nicole Highway using Middle road. Instead traveled a longer route Selegie road > Ophir road > Beach road > Nicole highway. Really bad driving skills, accelerating and braking constantly when there is slow traffic. Abruptly breaking at red light.
Board the taxi. Taxi driver asked for our destination in a very rude manner, rowdy tone. A very unpleasant ride with him.
