Picked me up at Teban Gardens at around 12:35pm 26/09/18 and out of nowhere he just want to drop me off and said transfer to another taxi when we were almost entering the Aye. He just acted so fierce and shouted at me and use the word f**ck and shit. I was so surprised telling him that he doesn’t have the right to raise his voice and throw this kind of words because I am a passenger and if he doesn’t want to bring me over to Bugis he can actually refuse to take me as his passenger. He insulted me that I am just a foreigner, yes I am but I am working here in Singapore and living here for 7 years now and I have a high respect to people especially to elderly.
This driver ruined everything. I just don’t have the time to report to you immediately by email because of my busy schedules. I tried to contact your hotline the same day this happened but nobody is attending my call. I have captured a short video clip but not the whole video when he misbehaved, only after I told him I can report him to the police then came to my mind that I can video this driver as evidence.
I am writing this letter to avoid other people experience the same worse nightmare I’ve ever had with this taxi driver of yours. He shouldn’t be a driver if he has problem, emotionally and mentally. He will scare passengers and ruin your company name.
Frankly speaking, I don’t take silver cab anymore because of this experience of mine. I ever told my officemates and friends about this and show them the short video and they feel disappointed and all advise me to report it.

Got on a ride on SHB4109P on 28th Sept 2018, around 9.15pm. The driver was overall ok but he was speeding at 120km/hr on Tampines road. Being a driver myself, his handling of vehicle was considerably unstable. My wife felt super worried and scared. Kindly speak to this driver so as to prevent any mishap in case. Thank you.

Pick Up Location: Nanyang kindergarten to Bukit Timah Road
I booked a taxi via comfort app at 3.42pm with taxi SHA3473 arriving in 2-4 mins. I saw from the track taxi it was already in coronation road. After waited for 15 mins never showed up and then at 3.57pm I received a message from the taxi that said my booking has been canceled.
At 3.59pm a replacement taxi SHA 7035 was confirmed arriving 2-4 mins. Again waited and no sign of the taxi. Traffic was normal with some cars but definitely not jam. The distance from school to my house is around 5 mins but in the end I only reach home after 30 mins.
I only managed to board a taxi myself at 4.02pm. My baby was left waiting under the hot sun without an umbrella for 20 mins due to the irresponsible drivers attitude.

I was sharing the taxi with my boss home from Six Avenue MRT. She dropped off at AMK Ave 10 and I was going home to Yishun. He asked me go by which way. My first instinct was Lentor. That’s the only way I know. He kept asking me wanna go by CTE. To be honest, I’m also not sure which way is faster because AMK and Yishun is not very far apart. At AMK Ave 10, the fare was about $10 with $2 of night charge. I should reach Yishun in about $20 (less extra charge). I was tired after work. So I said ok to CTE, it was a long ride. Then it made me realised that taking the Lentor route was shorter. The uncle also drove very fast.
