Today 20/11/2018 from Changi Airport T3 to my home Bukit Panjang Ring Road. Clearly show his unhappiness when I paid the taxi fare by PayLah. Didn’t reply when I said thanks to him, gave me the receipt without looking at me n didn’t even get out from his seat to help me to take out my luggages from the boot. Please educate all the drivers to accept the electronic payment system willingly, not all by cash only.

I paid for my friend’s cab due to her being abit tipsy using my Mastercard. However the driver asked for cash from my friend knowing she is not in a clear state of mind. Thus making us pay 2 times the amount of money we supposed to pay!

The driver of this vehicle tried to make a dangerous turn and after left his vehicle, proceeded to mine and hit my right window with his hand. I would like severe action taken on him or else I will go to police with the video evidence that I have to make a formal police report.

When we arrived at my destination, driver didn’t want to take payment by card, and lied by saying if we pay by Amex then there will be a charge additional of 10%.

Driver doesn’t know the way at all, should guide him until end. Don’t want to use his GPS without the exact address. When we arrived he stopped his counter too fast and didn’t want to drop me outside the carpark, just few meters more and said get off!

Driver failed to highlight that he is unable to make a u-turn and ended up making a huge detour. He should have advised us to take the other option which will be a shorter route.

We arrived at our destination alive, but our $7.54 trip turned into $12.54 after an unexplained location and ERP charge was added. When we inquired, the driver stated “all taxi do it”. We then asked several taxis and not all of them do it. The driver then stated $12 would be fine. Fishy fishy… Lesson learned.
