It was a very bad experience. I left my handphone in Prime Taxi. When I realised 5-10 mins later, I called grab and prime call center to help me locate the driver. My phone was already turned off. They could not reach him. 30 mins later, he told the call center no phone was found. He claimed maybe the next passenger took it. And made a comment that the passenger (referring to me) was not holding the phone in the car. What kind of assumption is that. I lost all my baby pictures 🙁

I was waiting at Holiday Inn Express on Magazine road at 2250 hours on Wednesday 5th December, I got invited to get into this taxi when he was dropping off a passenger. When I said I wanted to go to Sentosa he rudely told me no and to get out. when I asked why, the driver told me “go fuck your mum”. Please explain why this taxi driver is employed by your company and is representing you.

Green taxi, he stopped at his own choice to pick us up and upon address (Sentosa) he refused to take us and was really rude. My first complaint about Singapore taxis after living here for 11 years. I’m really fed up with green light taxis driving around yet not be available or have the choice to choose and at the same time being rude.

Before the trip starts the driver went to the wrong way and I called him and he is a very good listener who also knows where to go after I tell him the way so that he can fetch my nephew and my big brother.
After that, my one year nephew and my big brother were going to the airport and my nephew’s shoes dropped in his car. Although the driver was on his way back. He still helped me to U-turn back to the airport and return the shoes. Thank you very much!

Not very pleasant. I boarded the taxi with a take away pack of 4-fingers fastfood. I think the taxi driver felt that the food smell was strong, and he decided to wind down the window at my seat without telling me politely. He did not say anything. It was drizzling but luckily no rain came in. He could have wind down the window on the other side or the front seat for air circulation if he really wants to do so, or at least request from the passenger. If the weather was hot, I would have made a complaint immediately. He did not say anything at the end of the trip too.

The uncle was loud and grumpy. He asked me the route in a snappy way and when I tried to pay with a large banknote and sadly could not offer small change, he grumbled, growled and sat in his seat for a good minute or so before actually starting to get the change.
