I would like to compliment Driver Mr Yap Hian Chuan for his kind gesture of helping me with my baby pram during pick up and alighting. As my pick up location is at main road along Yishun St 61, he came down to help me despite the traffic and also making sure the items on my baby pram are well positioned and nothing drops. During the journey he also converse with my mother and both of them chatted happily. Upon alighting, he helped with my baby pram and brought it to the walking pavement for us. Very thankful for his help as my mum was carrying baby and I just recovered from postpartum complication surgery 1 month ago, such actions really warm our hearts.
