City Cab SHA0916H – ★ Driver speed off with my things in boot

I took Citycab today from Ang Mo Kio Hub to Nuovo condo (21 Ang Mo Kio Ave 9). When we arrived my home, the taxi driver sped off without letting me retrieve my bags from the boot. He wouldn’t stop even though he had to exit the security barrier at my condo. Very bad driver and dangerous experience.
