SH7892D – ★ Horrible service absolutely indifferent

Today I took a tax at 9.54pm to airport terminal 3. The taxi came and the driver made absolutely zero effort to help me load my 2 luggage , one suit carrier and 2 computer bags into this taxi. I asked him didn’t he help me and he said you only have 2 bags. That made me furious. I think grab or Uber drivers are people who want to drive and provide service. NTUC drivers are people who do not like what they do. They are not properly train and do not know that they are in the service industry. To me such drivers should really just stay home. They will not improve the level of service of our Singapore. Kudos to the Grab drivers. They will have all my future business.
