“I arrived at my destination and wanted to pay by nets. The drivers response exact words were “” you should know my system is down because of the sing tel problem “” you pay cash.

I did not have cash so I tell him to go to a near by atm which he does but when I ask him to turn off the meter he says why should I.

Not only was he turning the problem on me as its my fault his nets machine is not working. We got into an argument and he was very rude and abusive. I try to call customer service but they put me on hold for 15 mins.

Crap service from the driver and same from the customer service hotline.
